Spectacular morning light on the Deben takes liberties with reality and momentarily defies belief. Wild streaks of promising daylight give way to heavy cloud. But that too is short lived... and the unreality begins again.
Sutton Hoo Saxon Burial mounds are just to the left of the frame and in this light the mood suggests a timeless quality to a landscape which seems almost untouched by the scarcely missed 'reality' of the modern world.
